Injuries Caused by Drunk Drivers
In Colorado, a person is presumed to be DUI if a blood test or breath test shows a blood alcohol level of more than 0.08. Refusal to take a blood, breath, saliva, or urine test is both admissible in court and a basis for revocation of a driver’s license. “Drunk driving” is a broad term that refers to any substance deemed to “impair” the offender’s reaction time or driving ability, such as illegal drugs, prescription medication, marijuana, even over-the-counter medication. Mike Turner and Scott Henderson have been highly successful in bringing civil cases against drunk drivers to obtain the maximum amount of damages possible for our motor vehicle accident victims and their families. We’ll diligently fight to see that justice is done on your behalf and see that you are fairly and justly compensated for the medical costs, lost income, earning capacity, emotional distress, pain and suffering, physical disability and loss of quality of life that you have sustained.
